Return Process

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and a copy of your packing slip.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
